Hahaha yes!! I am 0/3 sales. No dibs ever. But I've spend among the most of some here on ccs. Not sure why he doesn't love me.  :'(

I think I'm also 0/3  or something like that (I lost track) and havn't ever had a dibs :P Though this sale was at midnight on a work night in the UK and this dibs was at like 5-6am UK time :P so I'm kinda glad I didn't get a ticket as chances are I would have missed it anyway :P

you have like more than 24 hours to submit the dibs email and it's chosen randomly among all the dibs ticket entries :x

Dunno, I sent my email in at 420.02 and never heard anything back. Like my third clack sale with no response. 
Didnt hear anything about EDD tickets either until I got the thread post notification.

I think that is all normal if you don't get in. I wouldn't be able to tell you what happens if you do get in but I have some experience in not getting in
