i'd be interested in these too, but just for "purest", the "republic isn't "Correct" per say, that's the New Republic logo.
Original Republic/Rebel logo has no stars

I think they'd go as dyesub PBt's better, but you're right: Some won't work, unless the colours are changed. I'd go for a PBT empire logo, though.

Still waiting to see what Sleabo made if he got to tinkering around. The alternative which I'm more likely to go with after seeing the full metal alchemist keys would be thick cherry replica pbt dye subs. If we go for that then our colors are more limited and I have to wait and see what imsto has or can get.

I would totally be down for the red on green Mandalorian, the red on white republic, black on white empire and if you made the rebel alliance red on white as well I'd be down for it, otherwise, no thanks

You know what, rethinking it, I like them the way they are and would be down to purchase all 6. I think I could get use out of both mandalorians BTW so I hopw we dont all end up nixing one of them, I like both the color schemes quite a bit!

Good news and bad news. Got the following mock up from Sleabo but he said the Jedi and Republic logos didn't come out so nice as we expected because of the intricate detail. Also he has not attempted the Mandalorian key yet.

Do take note that these are early mock ups and could be improved upon. We could move forward with these keys for the sith/empire keys, and maybe some PBT Dye subs for Jedi and Republic. Mandalorian keys are still up in the air. I think that is our only option if we wan the white on black, and red on black keys.

How does everyone feel about the mock ups and the potential for this set to be different key profiles? I imagine the QWERKeys could be either J or K series.

I would not be opposed but what about those Jedi fans? Will they be happy with just a Republic logo?

If you are talking about the QWERKeys TL keycap there was never a group buy. He just had them for sale for awhile then they disappeared off the site and I still have not found out why, but I suspect it was requested by team liquid. I have 3, and I gave one away, they look nicer than the ones from signature plastics.

I think that the jedi logo has to small of design elements to be done at such a small scale.

the point should be in the middle, not the curve

And i'd say if the new republic logo's too detailed, just stick with the normal rebel logo

Maybe try the more basic rebel logo? Seems like it shouldn't be as much of a problem.

I agree, I don't want the enormous keys either so it would be cherry profile Function/Number row.

Great, I was worried you might pick those other ones for a minute. I think I really would just prefer the smaller Empire / Sith / Mandalorian 3 key set if thats possible. Who needs those wussy Jedi / Rebel keys anyway?

Yes. While the image that I posted had accurate dimensions, it should have been rotated 30°. I'm so sorry about that.

I have attached a corrected SVG. This contains three layers. The layer named "White" is for printing white on a dark background. The layer named "Black" is for printing black on a light background but does not have any black ring around the rest. The layer "Background" is just there to make the white layer visible.

I'm still waiting on sleabo to finish the other prototypes he said he would make, and to potentially fix the logo that was slightly rotated. If it all looks good I can make the group buy thread. If anyone wants to make simplified jedi and republic logos that would help.
