Haha. Keep the ideas coming. I will probably do much the same as before with design that make at least 20 order will get made and the ones that don't won't.

Not really sure about BSP how receptive they are to custom thing. I've only ever asked them about Cherry style thing, and never used them due to how much more expensive they are.

Sure more Nagels is a possibility, the last one was popular enough. Flags, maybe... some may not come out so good though. Perhaps some simplified nation coat of arms type thing? For example, Ukraine

Were things I was planning and more or less assume there was sufficient interest already.
I am NOT looking forward to doing those Arabic legend... they look like a mother****er. Hebrew may not be an easy time either. If anyone else is good at doing traces from photos to vector please I would love the help getting those legend recreated to workable files.

Ok, if we can get an Arabic set as good as the one you pictured, I'd totally be in.

I've seen some great ideas in this thread, especially the Hypnotoad and ishimura. 
I have a few ideas, mainly from Tsutomu Nihei's mangas, I'll make mockups later (I hope I won't be the only one liking thoses).

That character isn't actually a pony. She's a changeling -- one of the villains. And she's got a certain cult following because everybody likes a good villain, but as such, fans have creepified her as much as possible.
