I have black and blue switches at a real good price if you are interested.

If you're still looking for switches, Mouser and Digikey carry Blues, Blacks, Browns, and Reds. I've found Clears there (incredibly overpriced though) and they may have Whites. I ended up getting my Clears off of Taobao, which is usually one of the better places to get key caps and key switches without breaking the bank.
For Greens, you generally have to cannibalize another keyboard with Greens since it seems like no one sells them.
