Anybody know anything about this company/keyboard? I haven't found a web site for them, but apparently they have a new line of Cherry MX keyboards.
You can call me... Keyboard Otaku... or not quite...

I just replied that the only Nkeyboard I saw on their site was a membrane that we already discussed here.

If it does exist it's not on the english site yet.

Here's a Korean newspost with some pics, seems like they're offering it with blues, browns, or blacks. Also, a review is up on KBDMania.

Since I'm fairly new to this...what is the history/preference to the massive enter key and tiny backspace key? I have used a number of keyboards with this layout and end up cursing the thing the first time I try to backspace.

Its made by Datacomp Taiwan, who also happened to make the Majestouch Bluetooth (yes, that Filco was not from Diatec). They just reused the case molds from the Filco wireless for the new SkyDigital keyboard, thats why there is a battery case. Batteries do nothing, they don't even have connectors. Just a box.

If it was released by Razer they would claim its a storage for your wireless progaming mouse to not run out of batteries in the heat of the battle.

Alright, any idea where to get them/how much they cost? If they cost less than or equal to 100 bucks I want one.

There's an English translation at the bottom. Supposedly out as of the 19th, and a low cost keyboard. Probably not low cost for us, but for Koreans lol.

And this is the IDFactory version: http://www.kbdmania.net/xe/news/1929107

The latter selling for $75

74160 won
= 64 US Dollars
= 47 Euro

in the end you'll pay more for the shipping...

Yeah, but 64 plus 20 shipping still is 84 bucks, which is still half decent.

Small back space & monster enter & no backslash?

I don't see it killing any Filcos anytime soon.

EDIT:  Here's the pic I was looking at:

Step 1: SkyDigital nKeyboard sponsors Fruitdealer's team, TSL.
Step 2: Fruitdealer, in a Cinderella story, wins huge tournament.
Step 3: Keyboard Otaku sees him using not an nKeyboard.
Step 4: Fanbois go into a buying frenzy, creating a global keyboard crisis.
Step 5: Meanwhile, other gaming hardware companies jump on the mechanical keyboard bandwagon.
Step 6: nKeyboard goes "FFFFFFFUUUUUUUUU".
Step 7: SkyDigital runs to OEM to rush a new mechanical nKeyboard to market.
Step 8: OEM reuses old keyboard design from the brand spotted in step 3.
Step 9: Consumers get a new Cherry MX keyboard with 106-key Korean layout and vestigial battery compartments.
You can call me... Keyboard Otaku... or not quite...

No, but I don't think anything smaller than a piano is going to be more than 20 dollars shipping from anywhere but Mars...

1 x IBM Model M Space Saver Clicky Keyboard *NIB* (200-1003)  = $199.95
------------------------------------------------------
Sub-Total: $199.95
United States Postal Service (1 x 6.16lbs) (Priority Mail International
Medium Flat Rate Box (6 - 10 business days)): $45.20
Total: $245.15

So to bring it into Germany I have to pay for item, shipping and 19% import tax based on the conversion (euro/dollar) that day.

So basically for us in Europe:  due to shipping and taxes we pay 1 to 1 for items from USA even though the dollar is something like $1.40 to 1euro.

I think Unicomp quoted me closer to $50 dollars for one keyboard.  Shipping kills.
