Just got my black engraved.  They look awesome, and I'm really happy with the feel (although it's too bad I still have to use my old spacebar).  I have to say that I'm surprised by how much work it was to switch out all the keycaps; it took me hours.  I'll try to post some pictures later.

Yeah that took me a while as well, although using that lint roller stuff that somebody mentioned earlier in this thread worked really well.  I think it was just all the removing of keycaps, getting the keys out of the box (actually kinda a lot of work), putting the keys onto the lint paper stuff, etc. all just added up to make it take a lot of time.

I'm really feeling like I need to add some color to my desk somewhere now though.  I've got black monitors, a black mousepad that covers the entire desk, a black keyboard, and a black mouse.

I got my caps [black engraved] today. They look and feel very nice. Now I've got those ****ing goop balls everywhere.

For whatever it's worth, I used duct tape to remove the glue as I wasn't quite sure what to make of imsto's "gummed tape" recommendation. Duct tape worked pretty well and I imagine most tapes with a decent adhesive will do the job.

While easy to remove, it still took quite a while to clean all the keys and my fingers were a bit sore after, but that's a minor complaint. Anyhow, thanks for the keys imsto, they're a tad more pleasant to type on than the stock Filco keys.

Imsto,  I think everyone is waiting for you to reply on when the next batch would be shipping out.  After that I think everyone will be putting the orders in because you havent updated when you will ship out next in a while and most people are a bit confused to be honest.

I'm a bit intimidated by the group buys (mostly the round three thread); there seems to be a lot of crazy procedure involved in some and not so much in others.  

I just want a set of black engraved keys.  I've PM'd imsto in the past but he never replied.  So I guess I will ask the thread directly; so I paypal $41.40 +25 shipping to imsto's paypal address with the included details and wait?
