I guess if a Japanese company broke a contract they would need to be sued in Japan. Regardless of which territories the contract concerned.

Well, this is off topic....Don't worry about that.

But just let you know, you can alway sue the company in you state(in U.S), if you buy an item from them. Company always have product liability if they sell product to you.

I get the wrong quote at the beginning, it not my keyboard, I was asking all filco for all suppliers in union to see if I could get more and some one throw this on me. Later he sent me message say for individual but he will charge 40 dollar more! Well, I don't know , I can broke down the price if I take all of those( now is 3..sold one on eBay), but don't know who is interested on it.
