It seems like one switch has defect and not working correctly, is that some one can fix it here near MO? I can ship the keyboard. I mean I know how to fix it just have no tools or switches.

What's the problem with it? Does it feel like it functions mechanically and it's just not registering? Or is the actual switch mechanism not working right?

Well, the problem is I do open the switches and try to fix it, but a find out that the  mechanical spring just do not give enough/correct power. I can type with it but just feeling different.

Any way, easier way just replace a switches, quick and simple, right..

So the switch feels much lighter than normal? Is it the spring that feels lighter, or there is no tactile bump? Do you get the normal 4mm key travel, with actuation at 2mm?

If you can get your hands on just the spring, since the Poker is PCB mounted you can swap the spring out pretty easily.

I wonder if you can use spring from a pen as an emergency fix?

I've done this before. I'm sure that not all pen springs are the same, but the one that I used was insanely hard to actuate.

If the problem is that one spring feels different, then using a pen spring will probably make the problem much much worse.

Personally, I might just swap the inconsistent spring with one from a lesser used key. Caps Lock, `~, \|, or something like that.
