Actual shipping costs will be billed to you (from Columbus, WI) after  the item is received by me and shipped to you.  (I would prefer to use  USPS Priority Mail)

Question about keycaps: In the PDF it says "Black and White keycap for option" under the keyboard features section. Does this mean we can get all 82 white keys? If so, are these white keycaps designed to allow the green back-lighting to shine through like the original black keycaps? Would the casing remain black as well? Pics would be nice if this is an option. Thanks in advance.

One nice thing is it's easy to mod to whatever switches you want, being that it's PCB-mounted. Ergo clears or whatever, anything.

Not that easy, you still have to desolder the leds to remove the top part of the switch.

The documentation says N-Key rollover in USB interface. Does this mean that the RACE will have issues with Mac (not working) or Linux (ie some LED's not working) like the Choc mini does ?

Not being negative Nancy but is their any reason to buy this over the Noppoo Choc Mini if you don't care about the backlighting?

There's a good chance this'll work better in mac/linux (though I am still waiting for word on this to be sure)

Also, if you look in the manual, there's options to change some key functionality around with DIP switches (everyone loves it!)

Finally, I like the arrow keys on this a lot better. I plan on getting one, if some questions in this topic are answered, and depending on the cutoff date is.

I have a Choc Mini and tried it for awhile.  I'm constantly using home and end for different things.  On the Choc Mini the Home and End keys are in a function layer, which takes some getting used to, but it can be annoying if you use them often.  This layout seems to have those keys more accessible, which is good considering where the function key is.  So at a quick glance this might be a better layout as far as that goes

There is no backlighting level-adjust (dimming function) on this board, correct?  I know there are a few modes, but I'm curious about brightness control.

If we mean adjusting of how bright the backlit is,
according to the manual, 5 levels of brightness adjustable via Fn Key.

I believe thats because somebody else will take care of us, euro-folks Its done in plenty other group-buys and I believe makes everything easier for the organizers.
