For those aware of profile meaning; the tilt on the keycaps are different and the top of the keycaps are slanted more/less depending on its profile.

LOLZ. Forgot these were for Row 4. Certainly a mistake on their part since they clearly show row numbers starting from the top on their website. I guess it's not the worst mistake they could've made since there will be people buying ESC row question marks anyway but wow. They ought to melt them down and start over..

The keycap profile. It is supposed to be the ZXCV row so it can replace /? key, but they made it for ESC row.

No time frame but replacements usually are super fast, they are ahead of schedule anyways so can't fault them there

Their QC might be sub-par but customer service from Melissa is top notch :thumb:

Indeed.  She had the replacement shifts from my group buy on my doorstep in just over a week.

In SP talk the esc row is neither 4 or 1. It is row 5 in the DCS family!  It always throws me for a loop.

My 2 cents - I think you should offer the discounted top row riddlers with a cap at 10 per person and then those who ordered original riddlers can have them shipped all at once (unless they want to pay extra shipping)

Of course I would defer tsangan who clearly knows what he is doing.

I'd actually prefer the esc-row keycaps, as it's only one row off in Dvorak, and it has been noted that the esc row for SP in similar to the QWERTY row, so it actually rather fits.

I'd buy some of the esc-row keycaps, especially at a discount.

Yeah if the discount is decent enough and they can be shipped together, I'm totally in for 10 of each...and I don't even have a keyboard that can use them.

But there's SO MANY keys that ultimately it'd be hard to say if it's worth buying em from SP.

Sorry for the lack of reply! Been quite busy after my vacation!

Alright so heres the deal, it will be a HUGEEEE pain for me to start an order thread and take money from each and one of you within 1-2 days as SP either wants money or the keycaps, so instead I will purchase a set amount I don't think buying all 5xx is a smart idea so I was thinking of buying 200~ and selling it.

I hope everyone understands why I can't just start an order thread and take money separately, GB are quite tedious to say the least and there's 2 other GB I promised to handled that's coming up so with those and my work, I am not left with a lot of spare time

If someone has a better idea please post

Do we get the option of discount buying as many of the error keys as we originally ordered?  e.g.: if I ordered 5 ?, then I have an option for 5 errors.  That seems like a fair way to divvy them up.
