The 7G and the 6GV2 have a different layout. This set is compatible with both version, hence the three extra keys(right shift, backspace, backslash)

KBC doesn't make any blank black PBT in 104-set so far, but the head of KBC said he could get me some blank black 104PBT from Ducky, the price will be higher though.

7G and 6GV2 have a bit different layout and that's why there're 3 extra keys for being compatible for both. As far as I could tell, KBC is not planning to make any key caps in other language layouts.

Yep seems like they just need to take some out before they are engraved/printed. Looks to be a great demand for them.

Technically they should have all the keys necessary for ISO blanks, too. Doesn't automatically mean they'll go through the extra sorting and stuff.

Well, those Ducky blank black keys were what I originally was asking about. But those are more expensive than the KBC's. And then I came up with getting some KBC 104-set blank black keys.

Does it somehow cost more to have black keys not engraved? I still don't understand why they offer white blank because it's before dyesubbing but not blank black even though its before engraving. I don't think it's about making blank blacks sets but more on not making black engraved. But I guess there's no use in arguing for this anymore?

Why does it HAVE to be 500 sets ordered? They run the machines, they can set any amount the want. The only reason that makes sense to me is that they get sooo much business from other sets that they can't spare production time set aside to make 50 blank black sets, or everyone at their facility is too lazy to pull the black engraved sets out before it actually gets engraved.

Well if they're strict on the 500 set minimum order and you said we'll never reach that amount, then you just confirmed we'll never get KBC blank blacks, otherwise pay a premium for Ducky blank blacks.
