That has to be a typo, or whoever put the listing up doesn't have any common sense.

There's a good chance the AmRay is from an old electron microscope.  I can't confirm, but they typically have a similar high-sensitivity joystick like this does.

Hmm, how old? Our ancient SEM just plugs into a computer, though the TEM we have does have a joystick like that. It's a dinosaur.
