I asked for an image of her font and she sent me this:

I think that pic is showing two fonts... look at the numpad 4 on the 5th row and F4 on the first row and the big 4 on the third. Also, the bottom three rows are thinner (or maybe just darker) than the top three. The 4 towards the bottom looks like WYSE to me, but the ones towards the top don't.

Another vote for WYSE, btw.

While I think WYSE looks really sharp (especially compared with ariel) I'm sort-of curious as to which other fonts SP has. Maybe there's another really good one?

and Lightsoul714 not everyone is cut out to run a group buy, if you can do it well it can be worthwhile, but there have been more failures than successes and it requires a lot more time and effort than you generally imagine it does. Its a job, not a free check. This group buy is going to be a very small check too lol.

I understand and have no issues with how your doing it. It looks like a ton of work and I always thought people should be getting compensated but wasn't sure how it worked out.

Either adding a small "tip" onto the shipping + handling. Or selling some extras at the end. Anyway Its not very profitable. But, I really like purdy keycaps and that's totally worth running the GB.

It sounds like Ragnarok has made some decent cash. Which is great because its incentive for people to keep getting us sweet keycaps. Its win win.

Decent is a matter of perspective.  He hasn't made enough for me to want to bother doing it myself

Yeah the only real money is in selling leftovers, but with full keysets it is very expensive and risky to buy enough extras to make a significant profit. Even with single keys you can run out of buyers, I still have a couple zerg mod keys and about ten or so random keys that haven't sold. I'm too busy atm to list them elsewhere so there they sit in my drawer.

Could be shorter now that holiday demand is done, I'm thinking a month or less since it is so standard. I don't get the real estimate until I put the order in though. I'm surprised at how many orders we have already, so if we get to like 75+ and it starts to stall out, I may get it going sooner so I can collect money and get the order in even faster than initially planned.

the Phantom kit should be compatible with the http://deskthority.net/wiki/File:Phantom_7BIT_002.png imo, the point of its layout is to get rid of the old fashioned long spacebar, right?

Or make a hybrid Phantom set compatible with either the layout posted in my pic and the more common layout with the long spacebar? Should't be too expensive I think..

That layout requires A LOT of 1.25 Row 4 modifiers, besides those, left shift, enter, backspace, function row are all different

The current add on key is targeted to winkeyless keyboards such as Phantom 1.5x modifiers, Dox, any winkeyless boards, and Cherry 1800 boards

First post updated and all PMs read and tallied. Questions have been responded to. If you do not see your name on the list, as I suspect some are still only posting in the thread, then be sure to send me a PM!

Already at 48 base set orders lol. ISO needs to step it up but we should have no problem at least getting to 15. I will have additional information on Tuesday when Melissa gets back in the office. ISO prices, and some revisions on Phantom. Turns out Tsangan realized that the Phantom add on is 11 keys and not 9, so we need to revise the pricing for them. Shouldn't make a significant difference in the price though, its just 2 1x keys. Here is his handy little mockup:

I'm not sure if this applies to all phantom buyers but it gives a good idea what the keys you will be getting are, aside from colors of course.
