Also I think I figured out a workable route for the mod keys:

Since the Phantom keyboard is doing its own shapes (Diamond, Star) we will probably just go with the windows and menu keys in the base set, keeping it completely standard. As much as I dislike windows, it seems like that will keep others from getting upset and avoid any cutting fees.

I think we can hit 75 sets, that would be awesome. Only $7 difference between 50 and 75 tier, and I expected to hit 50 anyways so I'm happy with the turn out

At the end of the day the reality sets that, when it comes time to sell off this set to replace it with the Clickclack full set in 2013 it will be significantly easier to do so with the add-ons.

Turns out Tsangan realized that the Phantom add on is 11 keys and not 9, so we need to revise the pricing for them. Shouldn't make a significant difference in the price though, its just 2 1x keys. Here is his handy little mockup:

I'm not sure if this applies to all phantom buyers but it gives a good idea what the keys you will be getting are, aside from colors of course.

Wait there must be something I'm missing here. The Phantom layout/plate can't hold a space bar because you can't put stabilizers on there. The whole bottom row is filled with x1 and x1.5 size caps, so I counted more than 11 additional keys are needed to be added. Why is there an extra x7 size space bar? Here is the Phantom layout:

I have to think that keeping the set "original" with the menu and Windows keys instead of specialized modifiers will make things easier.  I won't use the standard modifiers but I would not really consider the set complete without them included as part of the base.  I have lots of other novelty modifiers and if I want the extra modifiers for this set I'll buy them.  And I'm thinking I might...  D*mnit!

All of these will ship in the Priority flat rate boxes, which is what these rates are based off of. Seriously the flat rate international small box rate is now $17. I lost money on the orders that paid $15 last time. I normally pad the shipping rates by a buck or two in case this happens but this is not the case with international anymore as it is expensive enough already. I am not happy about this either but unless I can find an affordable substitute for boxes before I start collecting money these are the prices. Boxes are much more expensive to buy, so I'm going to take a look at various options but don't expect them to magically go down 10 dollars in price.

That's the 7bit layout. Phantom comes in 3 lay outs. Normal "modern" layout with 1.25 mods, winkeyless with 1.5 mods and 7bit, the one you described.

The best way that I found was to have it shipped in bulk to a second distributor and then shipped within the region itself by that person.

I would prefer not to do that, there aren't enough within certain regions to justify it. If we had like 10 people from Australia maybe, but even then it adds a whole different level of uncertainty for me. If one of those sets goes missing, I am responsible, even though I know that when I shipped it out it was completely correct and intact. Not saying that I don't trust the other members of the community, but if I do everything myself I know it has been done exactly how I want it and I have nothing to worry about except my own mistakes, which I am fine with being accountable for.

You probably want to get some of the Round 4 keys for that layout? I'm really not sure how all of that works since I'm just going off of what Tsangan and Demik tell me Phantom needs.

Its just a question of security, a friend offered to do the sorting and shipping for me for a fee, but I told him no mostly because even though he is one of my closest friends, I just don't want to be forced into entrusting someone else with everyone on here's keycaps. That and it hurts the margins even more lol.
