I think thicker letters all around would help contrast the colors, but yes, especially on the keys with wording.

I don't have a problem seeing the letters under light, but the letters look much more pink to me than red under certain lighting.

To everyone complaining about bolder fonts, it isn't near as clean and looks dated, which many, myself included, really hate. They look perfect imo.

I am still waiting for my set, but I can't wait to actually be able to make up my own mind about this. Tired of so many complaints here tainting my view of this lovely looking set

Complaints is a pretty negative way of putting it, I think its more constructive criticism. I have my set and really like it. The whole group buy went really well in delivering what we wanted, despite a few minor set backs. That doesn't mean its perfect to all of us though.

What font was used for this GB? Was it wyse? I'm not familiar with SP fonts but I'm curious if this is the same one that will be used for the cream cheese GB so I know what to expect.

Yes to both. SP's font selection is pretty limited, and unless I'm mistaken we can't just request "bolder" without paying for entirely new legends.

Correct, it was WYSE, and they don't have many fonts to choose from, as custom legends are very expensive. The cherry font "adopt a key" fundraiser is supposed to give everyone that bolder font, but it is really expensive to do.

Yeah, I was hoping that some of the legends would be the same as those used in hashbaz's RGBY group buy.

Not complaining just stating my opinion. And for me it gets no cleaner that OG cherry. Which many love around here. No worries though. I'm not knocking you dude. Just having a discussion.

because those are custom legends, not wyse legends.

Yup. The RGBY legends are part of the Cherry legend project.

Yeah I thought so but I thought you were saying something else. Would it have cost extra to use those Cherry legends on just the modifiers since the rest was the WYSE font though?

I'm just saying that it seems the legends were already done and paid for since they were used in the earlier RGBY group buy. Were they not used because it would have cost extra or for aesthetic reasons? Not a big deal or anything, I'm just curious.

Nobody suggested it, otherwise I may have done that. I wanted to keep it simple though, and the text is the same size across the board, meaning its the same on the home, end, etc keys as it is on the large modifiers.

Yeah, with only those few modifiers being of different width I figured it was, at a minimum, an aesthetic choice.

The Cherry modifiers wouldn't match the WYSE font well. And at present we only have Ctrl/Alt/Shift, Caps Lock, and Escape done.
