if you pay via credit card it's higher

ALL are identical just the infill is black and the yellow is different

There's really no general because a lot people have PayPal balance or pay via bank account thats linked to paypal.

There's really no way to get 100% correct, in all my GB I sometimes just swallow the extra fees cost from EU/Asia buyers as their fees are higher and if they use CC it's even worst but it's hard to control 100+ people making payments to you
