I had a lot of issues in terms of fit, it was way too tight and damaged my cherry switches, has this problem been rectified in this round?

The tight-fitting issue is still there, it can't be rectified since it would have to change the whole mold of making the keycaps which costs really a lot. But I'll keep asking MKC about whether or not he can find some other molds in China.

I think it's from a guy in China named 李哥, and his English name is Vortex. Really drooling on those keycaps.

But it will probably take a long time in order to show up in the market.

Feng I would be interested in the wrist rest but I would like to know is the printed "BLIZZARD" layout in between two layers of plastic joint together in a two-piece design? or is it printed directly underneath one single block of plastic/acrylic?

Just checked with MKC, he said the image is in between two layer of plastic.

Sorry, but it's $6.5 for each one, $45.5 for 7 keys.

Yep, 60-80 dollars. I wonder about a magnesium space bars. I think magnesium is made to be light but I have no idea about its other characteristics.

Magnesium is light and quick to machine. You can apparently machine it twice as fast as aluminium, which means it's really quick! So if we get hold of magnesium, it should be easy to make something out of it. Since machining will be cheap the material cost will be the most we will pay, that will still be a lot I think if... If feng can get his hands on it

(just checked and it's about $40/kg on the market, will be even more for feng I think)
Edit: you will also need special coolant for it, water reacts with magnesium when hot...

Magnesium is light for sure, but IMK it's quite expensive due to its value. I should ask MKC about the possibility of making it.

Titanium is not sure yet, because it's not easy to find the material. But aluminum keycaps will be available.

They are both electric plated. The shiny ones look shiny.

The light would reflect through the surface and it's easy to leave finger print on it. On the other side, you won't be able to leave your finger print on the matt ones.

Yes he can. But there's a minimum 10 orders required for a custom image. Not sure I'll bring over more choices for the wrist rest, seems like no many people are interested.

Oh... well maybe not much interest for Team Liquid, but I'm sure many people would buy if it was the geekhack logo. The current designs aren't interesting :\

I don't even know why MKC made this image. Maybe I should ask iMav about the copy right things, and then we'll see what image would look good.

Sounds good, you should ask iMav for sure. If Team Liquid wasn't so strict on copyright I'm sure you could find enough people on tlnet who'd want the design but oh well sucks for me ^^ having a GH one would be cool as well though.
