Nice!  I'm not going to replace my son's picture with it, but good job.  I like the old school arcade one.

Here's one for you, Rip. I made it in your favorite font, Futura

Please provide higher resolution ones for the iPad Resolution is MUCH higher. No Comic sans please for in it's wisdom Our Heavenly Father Steve Jobs does not include it as a font choice.

Dhanyavad.

Sent From Brother Ripster's iPad

I'll take a shot at trying to make something for you. You have iPad 3 and the resolution is ~2048x1563?

I actually made them much higher res, but the forum was resizing them so I knocked them down to 1080. I tried photobucket, but that shrinks image even more.

Yeah, I don't have a lot of experience with using fonts like this so I haven't touched it at all other than trying to adjust positioning and such. I'll try and do what you mention a bit.

Looking good!

Ok, good. Anything else you want me to do with it? I can change the background and such, I just picked that because it was large enough to be used for this type of thing and looked decent.

There is fonts that simulate that, like 1942 report for example though that taken a bit farther than the exact one used for the geekhack logo.

Ah I see. What I did was used effects in photoshop using the dissolve type and worked with the values from there.

A font called 'AcousticBass' seems to be the closest match I have in my font collection.

Could you please include 2560x1600 resolution when you guys make these wallpapers... I mean, I'd think most geekhackers have at least 2560x1440 on their ghetto korean panels.
