All I can say is I hope your experience this time around is better than some of mine have been in the past. I once had to submit three online redelivery requests, make two phone calls to the post office, and file a complaint with the postmaster before they actually made a second proper attempt. They had the nerve to claim they lost my package after first leaving a notice about a supposed attempt, while I was waiting for it at home, and then promising redelivery several times. It's ridiculous, they will look for any excuse not to do their jobs.
Thankfully, it hasn't been as bad since.
