This is the official order thread for the Billiards Group Buy this Cherry MX key will be a Row 1 key (Numbers or F keys)  I have gotten initial approval from Melissa and price quotes below.  I would like to skip the whole IC and start orders.  If we do not make 50 sets I will cancel all keys that do not have 50 orders.


*Key colors TBD (I have a brand new ABS Color swatch to match against a real billiards set)


**Full disclosure - those are mockups. According to SP - "The area that you have created the SVG in (0.356" x 0.427") is the legendable area, where the top surface of the key is 0.470" x 0.557"

Pricing and Options:
Option A: 1-15 Ball + Cue
This set would fit perfectly accross the F1-F12 + PrtScrn, ScrollLock, and Pause Break.  Pricing will vary since individual ball sales will effect the set price but here is the worst case scenario pricing if zero individual balls are sold:

Option B: 1-9 Ball + Cue
This set would be ideal to replace the numbers, and the Cue ball would be 0.  If we get 50 orders this set will be a go. Pricing will vary since individual ball sales will effect the set price but here is the worst case scenario pricing if zero individual balls are sold:
1-15 Set

Option C: Individual Ball Keys
Individual ball keys will be available and will help decrease the cost of the sets. Only 1-9 + Cue balls will be avaiable as a stand alone key.  10-15 must be purchased with a set.  Pricing for individual keys is as follows:
1-15 Set

[strike]75 - $2.36 ($0.96 for Cue) [/strike]
[strike]100 - $1.89 ($0.80 for Cue)[/strike]
150 - $1.41 <-- 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,9 Ball Here ($0.63 for Cue <-- Cue Ball Here )
250 - $0.89 <-- 8 Ball Here ($0.41 for Cue)
500 - $0.60 ($0.32 for Cue)
** $45 new legend fee per key is baked into these prices!! (Except for Cue which has no legend fee)

 I am NOT responsible for damaged keys after I QC them after receiving them. PLEASE choose your shipping wisely.

$4.50 via Bubble Mailer
$6.50 via Priority Mail (Might be required for high amount of keys in the order)

Canada:
$6 via Bubble Mailer

You can order a 1-15 and if there is not enough interest you will automatically get downgraded to a 1-9 set.

Are you getting them as a set from SP? They charge less for grouped keys instead of many individual keys. You'll probably lose the option to pick keys. But you'd save quite a bit of money for everyone else.

I tried, but Melissa's response was: "Pricing below is per keycap (since these are all different color combinations we won't be able to combine them to maximize the discount)"

ahhh. that makes a bit of sense. i don't know the specifics. but i made a difference to my LoL set.

QWER + LoL Addon was more expensive as them combined.
