I do think of 100s of switches, when I say I ship those which are available now immediately after receiving them and the rest later.

LEDs: I try to get prices for genuine Cherry LEDs in red, yellow, green and maybe orange.

Definitely interested in orange, probably red as well. Has anyone tried changing them on a recent g80-3000 ? They're so tiny it seems almost impossible to me.

i went to pull a keycap off, and pulled the entire switch stem out of the shell. broke two tiny clips that held it in.

The part he needs is a blue stem, that's the bit with the retention clips.

Sounds like the stem came out, and broke two of the retention clips on the top of the switch housing. I have lots of switch housing tops. Pics?

koreans didn't really fall for the red switch hype like everybody else did.

chances are you'd find a cheat with either blues, browns, or clears all with custom springs.

I know this is an old comment, but FWIW: Kinesis only sells reds (and maybe browns), typically in quantities of 5-10 per order, to support their own boards. Not that they seem like suspicious people, but when I asked for 170 switches they were curious if I was modding a contoured board, and I wasn't about to lie to them. Oh well
