I'm currently sorting the key caps I put in my pocket :) and might take pictures of it later

You'll have to wait for litster: he was our camera man. I'll add some pics to rainbow/vomit board thread tomorrow. It'll suffice to say that we each came home with "a couple" novelty keycaps...

It was nice meeting everyone.

Ben, thank you so much for hosting us today.  We learned so much about Signature Plastics and, of course, plastics.   I had an awesome time!  And thanks for all the cool caps.  We made super rare custom keycaps that only we the people who visited today have.  They are custom in that they are in special colors that are not in the regular SP color key ring.  And the color is literally shinny!  They are totally "over powered"!

I took a lot of pictures, but most of them I can't post due to confidentiality.  I will process them tomorrow and pick out a few to share.

I don't take super awesome photos anymore, like litster, so I can post a few that I took. :)

Just a sampling of some of the ridiculously huge and ridiculously expensive machinery they use to make all of our key caps.

Key cap swag that we managed to sneak out of the facility. ;)

Thanks so much for hosting this BLJ, it was really an awesome trip. I can't believe we were there for over 5 hours!

SP is not in Bellingham, they're in custer. Please don't make that mistake again or i'll have to fly up and show you what hometown pride means.

That said, BLJ any chance I can get in on that swag for being a Whatcom County native :P

keep in mind my idea of swag may be off the high art standards that go on here on GH (dont want to oversell it) but PM your address and i'll see what i can do after the meetup.

hmm forgot to send you my address. ygpm.

also touche re: cow crap smell. i am actually not a real person, just an aroma that enjoys keyboards

Here are pictures of my PS loot:

Goodie Bag:

What's inside the goodie bag:

What is known as the first shot:

Keycaps after the second shot, these are our custom-made OP caps:

These are made with custom metallic silver color, not available to order.  We made enough for metallic silver blank WASD and the nipple keys.  Well actually more than enough for two rolls of blanks:

A variety of spacebars, very nice colors:

A variety of first shots.  Some of these have transparent clear as the second shot, and you can see how the first shot and the second shot are joined together:

Super thick to caps, heavier than your regular keycaps:

Marble style, not available for order:

Silver and clear first shot keycaps.  The CapsLock keys are metallic red.  Both are not available for order:

These I think are the coolest of all.  The seond shot is made of RUBBER!  Not available for order:

Also very cool, wood style keycaps, Not available for order:

Some other random keys:

I wonder if SP has a "lien" on anything they produce?
