Unfortunately I'm seeing some 'bleed-through' on my White-On Red modifiers

. It looks like the White plastic underneath is showing though the red resulting in color variations.

Is this how they all are, or am I just 'lucky'? I got this the last time I ordered the RA modifiers (from the prior buy), and I was hoping SP had fixed their problems with this...

I've attached a picture below of one of the worse ones I have (the long right shift).

Rats! I also noticed that I had a bit of a different color variation on some of the red keys as well.

At first I thought they were cracked, but it might just be some darker color streaking. The 'side' pictures show it best, and it continues onto the face of the key (although it doesn't show as much except at some angles, I circled it on one of them even though it's hard to see in the picture).

The red keys seem to be hard for them to get right for some reason. At least they aren't all that bad.

I put my keys on a few boards, and they look great!! ..except the stupid windows logo. =(

I would buy a 7-Bit mod set in each color... Or, even just some blank 1.25's for the bottom row... Anything to get the dumb 'doze logo off my boards. =)

In the future, perhaps a "Majority rules" disclaimer in the OP? I always figure it's implied with group buys, but others don't it seems.

Absolutely not.
That should be handled in the Interest Check phase, not the Group Buy.

Once you start the buy, people are ordering based on what was initially offered. Any time a change is made you have to take into account how many will opt out and not pay? How would it effect tiers? This is the sort of thing that causes group buys to not go to completion and anger people involved.

How would you like it if you ordered a Kmac in red, 1.5 modifiers and no winkey, and then it was changed to lime green and orange, 1.25 mods with winkey because majority changed it at the last minute? What if that raised the price by $100? Now you are on the hook for a very expensive keyboard you may or may not want.

I understand what you mean. However, as you know, some things aren't brought to light until the GB has actually started.. Especially on some of the longer running GBs. I agree that the fundamentals of the GB shouldn't be changed after it's been started, but IMO the fundamentals of this GB were the RA color scheme, not the legends. We're all entitled to our own opinions though. =)

Ultimately, the rules of the GB are set by the GB organizer, and if she/he wants to set a "Majority rules" disclaimer at the beginning of the GB, so be it... I certainly wouldn't be dissuaded! =D
