If most of us have held it, is it something we may use at last once a day, once a week, once a month, or about once a year?

Is it a thumb drive?
No
Would the sound be percussion or from air movement?
Isn't that would sound is?  Sound it makes is not really relevant to what it is.

If most of us have held it, is it something we may use at last once a day, once a week, once a month, or about once a year?
Yes
Yes -  at least once a day

As in a keycap of a cherry switch

The key itself is a cherry mx compatible key.  It does not represent a cherry mx switch.

ah molar is a profile of tooth, and if you are cold they chatter making noise, and your body is normally higher than room temperature.

"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Needs more tooth puns.  I will not be satisfied until you work in toothsome and something about cavities and dentists.

And I hope you make a special edition porcelain and metal one. That would be awesome.
