There are too many amazing colors to choose.  I'd definitely be down for a glittery purple if there is one, a royal blue, probably a silver, and some others.   Whatever you do, I'm sure it will sell.  I feel like a kid in a candy shop who can only choose two pieces of candy when they love 80% of the stuff in the store.  And you need to talk to mkawa and see if we can get these in the official GH store.

Thanks for the love guys, I am trying to make it as flexible as possible for everyone, and hope everyone gets satisfied.

My only problem in me head right now is how I will sort all these colors. I will manage.

I'll add the colors and pricing to the OP, however be warned, that I don't have the vinyls in my hand or samples, so these photos will be from PSP's ebay page, however with 99.7% rating and over 29k orders, I think they are trustworthy

It will take a while as I need to get concrete information on availability, pricing for vinyl and shipping. I may be charged some customs, so that too.

I see--so Pink Fizz is a rather warm busy color.  It's hard to tell from the photos, as "Violet" looks magenta-pink on one photo and very blue-purple on another.  Etc.  So I'll go with whichever pink people choose for your MOQ: fluorescent pink or fizz pink.  I'll just add that the stickers are small enough to not really discern the diamond pattern once placed.  Glitter is probably as large a pattern as you can discern.

Edit: and I'll add that you should definitely check the thickness of that vinyl.  It might be too thick for our purpose.

I think glitter actually should work very well, take a look at the photos of the tape rolls to get a feeling for the size. But yes diamont could be too big.

Got pricing from Paper Street Plastics, and this is what we are looking at (OP will be updated tonight). Note that shipping to me has been included in the price, at most 15% increase in price might be there if I have to pay customs and there will be some discount on the overall order depending on how much we order.

Below are pricing for orders of different quantities of vinyl for any given color.
I have already calculated the number of sheets that can be made in different volumes of vinyl and thus pricing is calculated.
This includes all costs except customs and overall bulk order discount.

Point in case, I will order sheets so we get best rate possible

So, I got time to take pictures and assess the latest cut.

Here is a side profile and how the sticker looks on a switch:
 

Metallic (Brushed Silver): This vinyl is slightly thicker and has a metallic feel and makes *ting* noise when bent or hit on with each other. There isn't as much flexibility, although it is not rigid either.

Standard Vinyl: This one is slightly more flexible, so even if the design isn't 100% fir, it works out. In the led region, it bends well.

Original: This is the gold old design, nothing much to add. Except I think I should increase the inner cutout by 0.25mm on each side, the fit was slightly tight. This small niggle will be present in both the other designs as well.
     

Moose: This is in my opinion the best as the extended corners are very well visible after the switch top has been placed and I feel they added to stabilizing the switch as the are considerably wider and provide a good cushioning pad for the switch top. Fits well as well and the corner tabs have tolerance so even if the sticker is slightly misaligned it wouldn't look bad. Since we are looking for fancy vinyls, then the sticker should show as much as possible .
     

Spider: Not happy as the 4 tabs on the sides didn't align up well and after a number of tries I realised they will not align if the sticker is even slightly offset. It doesn't add anything to aesthetics nor to functionality, and hence I wouldn't recommend this and remove it from the options as it will likely cause problems.
     

Some people had inquired about the adhesiveness pf the vinyl and some. Here are some photos, first two are sticker stuck on the keyboard. Third one represents the sticker removed and surface not touched at all, you can see there is visible marks where it was removed from. Fourth shows after wiping just a wet cloth, you can see there are no visible leftovers of the adhesive. I think the visible part in third picture is because the adhesive removed the small amount of duct particles when sticker was removed.

These would cost half the price for plotting as the material cost is extra, thus $0.50 per sheet, excluding the price of the sheet. So plotting is $0.50 and the cost of the vinyl. And seriously, I think limiting makes much sense, if there's too much choice you'll be flooded with questions about differences and "what should I choose" problems. Except for that, less choices = more sheets of the same color = lower prices, right?

While I love having so many choices, I think you should limit the number.  Otherwise, prepared to get flooded with questions and other issues that arise from having waayyyy too many options.  Always easier to keep it simple, for both the buyers and sellers.

Will probably buy some as well seeing how they are dirt cheap compared to the previous groupbuys and stores. I prefer the more basic colors since it's more for function then esthetics for me, I don't need/like the flashy sparkly stuff. Maybe I'd still consider a metal color or something.
And I agree, too many choices atm. Like is said above, you could choose the most popular colors, both for flashy/unique and the more basic ones.

For anything else, you can choose from all the colors, however there will be 100% premium, ie double the rate, as I won't get bulk pricing on those, and for custom stickers, you'll need to order by 1x1 feet. Extra vinyls only will also follow thus double rate and minimum 1sq feet.

Also, for dropouts here is the deal, there will be a 10% surcharge on the price of the goods (Thus excluding shipping, and misc costs and only price of sticker), HOWEVER if some member or vendor is willing to cover these dropouts, they will get 10% discount on complete order (Their own as well the dropouts they cover) for being generous to all of us and being 'good guy'.

Besides this I will add optional $1 for my services and time, and $1 optional to GH funds.

Sound good? I think that covers everything.

Sounds like a good approach to me.  Honestly, I'd never really considered adding stickers to my keyboards, but after seeing all the color options I think I'm a convert.

Nor did I. I was with a friend and he forcibly took me to a vinyl store to get some work done on his bike. I saw the prices and was interested, then created the thread for switch sticker files. mkawa encouraged me to make them myself, I did, it worked out very cheap and I am glad my friend took me to the store that day!

As for glow in the dark samples, what sample? There is only one.
