Made some mock-ups for fun, based on the group buy ones, for various possible layouts.  If you need a particular layout for a particular color keyboard, let me know :)

On a 60% keyboard:
(Attachment Link)

On a Duck LightSaver (one of the many possible layouts)
(Attachment Link)

FC660M:
(Attachment Link)

On a TKL keyboard:
(Attachment Link)

Oh my God dude you cannot tease me with that alternate WASD on a 60% board. I can't be spending $45 for 4 keys.

Probably a stupid question, but why do a HHKB mock-up when these are Cherry MX caps?

Gh60 can be setup in hhkb layout amongst other customs which also can.

i may do, what i dont want to encourage is people waiting to see what added before ordering, because that way we will end up with nothing, what i may do is post if we are getting close to something

Here you go.  While I was making this, I noticed that the 1800 needs a 1x "+" for the numpad, whereas the set, as currently laid out, only offers a 2x "+".  But the mock up assumes a 1x "+"

Hi, I use the hhkb layout with the \| (1) key on the top row and a backspace on the \| position (1.5). Those two keys are currently not in the set. Will those be part of the final set?

In on this GB, and a cable as well. Would it be possible to include single unit keys for CALC, COMP, HOME, EMAIL for the extra four keys on fullsize Duckys? Or at least four blank keys?

I'll look into some options for you sir, but there will certainly be some extra novelty type keys that can fill that void if nothing else

Thanks for looking into it. Anything to fill those four spots with something from the GB would do. Also, kudos on the site; it looks great -- very simple and easy to navigate.

Hey Bunny, I submitted my order last week but haven't been invoiced yet. Just wanted to make sure everything was ok with my order. Let me know if something didn't work and/or I need to submit another order. I'd very much like to get in on this set.

This is a very well thought out GB and Bunny is the guy to take into account as many options as possible. I think he said earlier that if there are more orders, he'll be able to add more keycaps and options to the kit and I'm sure this will be one of them.

thanks very much sir

as to what will be added to this buy and when

my plan is roughly this

and im not saying if we have hit any of these goals yet, i havent checked numbers, but...

if we sell 50 - 75 sets i will be adding 40% support
if we sell 75 - 100 i will be adding some alt arrow and wasd clusters, and a couple novelty style keys inkeeping with the set
100 + i will look to add alternate options for several other things, including win keys like mentioned above

for perspective, hyperfuse sold over 200 sets, and nostalgia sold over a 100, so all of these goals are far more than achievable and i would use the wording highly likely to happen, with about a week left on this buy, i will announce what "tier" we are at and if we are close to another, and around that time i will try have mockups for additional keys etc, all additional keys will be included in the base set, no matter what set they seemingly lean towards

this is correct, i am also waiting to finalise the ergodox set until we make this decision as it may impact the keys needed, i have a commando set being sent to me, and i have had plenty of experience with the r4 sa for comparison

Bunnylake is so awesome, he anticipated your question, and answered it a few posts above. i'm thinking of changing his title to "time lord".

Remember that Clara, after all, read The History Of The Time War in Journey To The Centre Of The TARDIS and discovered the Doctor's true name, which was "BunnyLake"  8) .

Bunny should I wait for the ergodox option? Or should I just order the base set for now and you will sort out the ergodox orders?

Order the base set now. Bunny's group buys are all done through an amazing web site so it's far easier to add more stuff later as well as see what you've already ordered.

ill invoice the ergodox stuff separately anyway so if you want anything other than the ergo extension best to get it ordered

So I have no money for this set right now, but really liked the color palette. So I made a fluxbox theme for it, if you use fluxbox.

A SS:

You can get it here.

BTW, is someone wants the conkyrc file I can send it.
