You've won some bros!

What happens next?

____

I only won ONE bro tho.. had to put a 1 bro cap limit on my raffle to avoid excessive wifely rage.  She is already riled up about two GBs ending within a week of eachother lol

Congratulations, say you won her a Brocap :p

On another note, very happy with how everything is turning out with these sales even though I have yet to get anything from them, as they seem to favour the broless and I wonder what the keys in the sorry you missed out set will be O.o Prays for toxic unicorn

Was lucky enough to win 2 caps in the recent sale, but due to unforeseen circumstances I didn't have the funds to buy two caps :( ..... welp, I message 2 people to see if they would be interested in the second cap; first person also won the same cap (LOL) and the second person was Nubbinator and he offered to spot me the funds until I can pay him back  AKA he's an epic BRO

This is the last time I have participated, I give up... I only wanted one, the see it on my keyboard and enjoy it. This whole system of dibbs, raffle, pray to gods, sacrifice a goat seems too complicated for an old fart like me. I love this man's work, the details, the way the colors are combined is just beyond awesome, so I will continue to enjoy the photos from behind my computer and feel happy for the guys who won  :thumb:

I need some serious therapy now. This was my 4th or 5th sale (lost count already) and I'm still very much bro-less.

I absolutely fell in love with the Noxious Fn set. I'm a huge Fn fan and I adore Binge's Fn creations and I was so excited that Bro finally released an Fn set. On top of this, I LOVE Biohazard Lemonade V2 so naturally I was stunned by the beauty of the Reactor Core Green V2. I have no idea why I yet again felt that my chances were good. I think Bunny mentioned somewhere that there were significantly more Bros to go around this time and the raffle time was shorter.

Damn.

All hope isn't lost yet guys, remember there is another sale coming and there will be a select few who don't pay their invoices within the 24 hour deadline. Those caps will go to people who missed out as well.
It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

Patience, childe, patience.

You are but new members, fresh from the reality of fulfilled expectations.

Wait until you have been here for a year and missed out on a dozen sales - complain then :p

Until that time, remember that many more than you, some of whom have been here for several years, also did not succeed.

There are so many different Bro Caps that there is very little hope, for anyone, to collect them all.

Heed BunnyLake's words, and keep watch for the next sale, specially aimed at those who did not succeed on this occasion.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Always saltiness man, every sale. People need to learn some patience! I had no clacks OR bro's in April this year and now I have 2 of each. Took me a year to get my first and after that it's been easy.

I went a year without getting in on a single sale, and in the last month I got a reaper from the last broless raffle, got picked for the test subject 22 topre bot and won the noxious fn set in this raffle. Just gotta stick with it.

Nope, nobody has gotten them yet. I'm guessing BunnySir has the orders that he is shipping with the toxic gb with him, but that's about it. We already know that they are going to look as linked.

there is indeed new tech involved with these bros

and you'll be able tell the difference between older ones and newer ones

Hopefully the new MX stem plays nice with clicky switches  ;) I can't wait to see the new Toxic colors in person! I've got one older Toxic Topre to compare against the new ones; judging just by photos the new ones look more green to me, the one I have is more of a yellow-green. In any case, I think I have no choice but to make my FC660C Toxic green & black since all my new acquisitions ended up Topre :p

Maybe one day some magic will happen...

If you are on the forums, you are bound to run into a few sales, why not participate if you clearly want one?

Yes, it could take some time before you can finally get some of those novelty keycaps that are in extremely high demand. But what is the rush anyway? The pursuit is half the fun, in the sense that it makes it that much more satisfying and rewarding once you obtain one. There are many people in your shoes. The RNG gods favor no one. Or I should say, they favor people randomly  :)) . It could be that starting next sale, you will be a winner every time, and those who have been lucky up until now will not win anything for a long time.

What I am trying to say is that much like rolling a dice, poor luck on previous attempts does not mean you will be equally unlucky in the future. Additionally, it is unlikely that you will never win anything if you keep participating in every sale (which really is not a lot of work, just set the sales threads to notify you, done). In fact, participating in all those sales is the only way to get a reasonable chance to get a few of these keycaps. If you see people on here with collections of keycaps, sure some people got lucky, and sure some people traded things to get them. But more often than not, these are people who have been participating in every single sale for a long time.
