Based on the type of connector it uses, I'm pretty sure that this board was created before rubber dome technology existed.

Lots of vintage Epson use Fujitsu leaf springs, which I think feel terrible. I don't know for sure this model.

I asked the seller to pull a cap, and it’s a Fujitsu leaf spring switch, of the “third generation” type.
