Wow, those look pretty nice! Depending upon price I might have to make one of these happen. Hopefully there is a decent stock of them because I have to imagine demand will be pretty high. I bet the black one will sell out very fast.

Im guessing those of us who have aftermarket plates (stainless or aluminum) will need spacers/adapters like what is required for the Vortex cases? Similar to these - http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=46827.0

Maybe, since these are probably low-profile cases(like all of TEX's products),so custom plates and the likes would definitely have issues.

This hobby and it's hunger for mah money...

I'll probably jump on a blue one of these for my Ducky. I'll also test it out on my KUL keyboard. Those status light holes make me want to get a Filco...

Thanks for sharing! Lots of useful info.

Those look pretty good!  My QFS will be happy in it I'm sure.  Now I just have to get it back from Philadelphia.

These are standard profile from the looks of the first picture.
It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

Not sure how you would even be able to fit a plate into a low profile TKL case unless it was just a tray.

Also, is it possible to mod a Shine 3 to have indicator lights like a Filco does?

But seemingly more compatible? can't really seem to find vortex cases anywhere anyways...

Some of us didn't see the pictures in the first place
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
