[IC] No SMD PCB Project -- 60%, 75%, 87%, 100%

IC

No SMD required PCBs

I want to design and make PCBs. What makes these different from most others? It'll be teensy and/or pro micro based and require no SMD work: just simple through hole.

Plans:

Must haves:
PCB mounted stabs, compatible with "universal" plates and cases
PCB mount holes

Medium Priority:
ANSI+ISO support, multiple layouts
MX and Alps support

Backburner:
Backlighting support

Idea list:
Put teensy in spacebar location
104 can be broken off into TKL or 60% and a numpad. Either seperate controllers for each or some sort of connection to use one controller

Alps?

Thank you for reminding me about that. Only issue is getting plates and cases made, but hopefully they can fit with preexisting cases

Id probably get one if it was ALPS compatible.
If you live in AZ you can try my keyboards. I usually keep plenty of different ALPS and MX and buckling springs.

One 100% PCB with break-away parts, to get TKL and 60%... Yeah, that idea was up for a project called "The Light" that didn't take off. There might be some useful info in its old thread though.

I would like to have a TKL PCB with the function key row on a separate PCB so that I could raise it up a little.
