the fUnc F10s as mentioned above is large, about 38cm wide IIRC. I have one and it's been very good. super fast smooth glide.
there's also QPad HeatoN but the durability is really bad apparently.

and if you don't mind aluminium and high price, the alugraphics GamerPro XXL (or could be XXXL) is really large and should be extremely durable. I love the feel of aluminium pads personally.

Corsair Vengeance MM400 is quite big, 352x272mm, but I also prefer aluminium pads and the alugraphics gamerPRO XXL looks like a good one. Very big, too at 425x315!

I love my Steelseries SX and it's pretty big, but they don't seem to be making them any more.
