Wasn't feeling RBC at first as I think ABS does so well with vibrant/plush colors.   But the more I look at the set with the Color Set and Mono Legends, I need it.  I love it.

One thing I'd like to ask about is the typography.

I think aesthetically it would look better if the legends were locked across the board rather than what appears to be a capitalization from the font.


Backspace instead of BACKSPACE, Ctrl instead of CTRL, etc.  I think it would look a lot cleaner to opt for CTRL, WIN, ALT, etc.  Similar to the likes of Penumbra and the others.


For kits, I'd be interested in adding to the special modifiers with different arrow keys perhaps.  Symbols/Directions over written text.  Similar to Hyper Fuse and Granite.


Either way, definitely buying this set, just throwing out general ideas from current sets that were successful to help the #HYPE.

Yeah, small problems like that come from me just using Keyboard Layout Editor for the mockups. Before this becomes a real GB, I'll need to make some higher quality renders and fix things like that.

Im totally in on this one. A blank set would also be awesome... I figure a blank one would be cheaper and not a big hassle for the manufacturer.
I prefer blanks mostly because I use Swedish keyboards which have characters the ISO-sets do not. So blank ISO's are usually my preference.

Actually so far I've only gotten about 30 people to show interest. If you guys are okay with the price being a bit higher then we could probably start this soon, but like I said it will cost more.

Well Spamray the "scalling" process is always a win/win situation, Massdrop is based on this. Except if you want to be unique/hipster with the cap set, bringing/baiting people to get sets designed here will simply reduce the price for all of us, right?

If "advertising" on Reddit /mk allow us all in here to save 4 or 5 dollars off a cool set i don't see why we shouldn't be doing so.They are a lot more than we are afaik.

On another note, I also want a red on white set, but as shown in DSA and with these legends. I know it ends up being a RA/Klaxon colour scheme, but what makes it different are the legends and the profile, so its the first red and white DSA set!

The benefit of a white and red set, is that it would be more compatible with most keyboard cases, rather than beige cases. Theres no denying that beige looks awesome in the mock-up, I always figured that beige doesn't look the same on a keyboard on a desk. Just my opinion at the moment, as I am sure there are people who would love something beige too.
