Hello GeekHack.

I'm Lyqu1d from /r/MK and I came here to present you guys an electric feeling keyset. The PuLSE Keyset. It brings the contrast between a shocking blue tone and a black tone, over ABS DoubleShots keycaps, on the SA 3-1-2-3-4-3 profile. This is so similar to a set I've been experimenting with that I think I'll just give up.  You've obviously done it better than I could.

You said "light grey" in your description, but this looks pretty dark to me.  What profile were you considering?

Oh... That went straight into my feelings, seriously. Maybe you shouldn't give up already!

I mentioned grey and indeed looks dark. Its the GEW grey tone from Signature Plastics pallet. About the profile, I gotta talk to Melissa but maybe DCS.

It's the Cherry Replica font that's used on many keysets that exist. A lot of keyboards from the 80's and 90's feature this font and a lot of people love it!

Great idea! I think I can do an Orange GeekHack but I'm not sure about the G and H. Too many novelties I believe. But it's a possibility, I gotta check with SP how many Novelties are they willing to make.

Yeah, the novelty kit will be pretty expensive.

Therefore I think it's better to move the "~" and "\" keys to the regular Mod Kit like in every other GB

I like it, i'd definitely be in for a set of base, alpha. novelties** and tsangan
However as a nurse, I can't say i'm a fan of the pulse logo, looks a bit like right bundle branch block (works great for the set though! don't change it ^_^)
Personal preference time: DSA with centered text would look amazing in my opinion, however if I recall, not many people are fans of that.

Problem is: if I offer inverted options for the Alphas and Mods, I'd be basically seling two keysets at the same time. They would compete with each other. Some people would buy the grey alphas, others the blue alphas. Some people would buy the grey mods and others, the blue mods. That said, I don't know if any of the options would tip. I think I'll keep it simple even though both look insanely great. Gotta hear more opinions about that.

I just emailed Melissa and now I'm waiting for her answer regarding the custom legends. Let's see how many they can allow me to create without hurting the costs.

Because a lot of people like this look. Also, by getting the Novelty Pack, you end up with a whole buch of fancy custom keys.

Prefer original colors. Inverted doesn't give me as much punch as the blue text on grey.

The orange tons in the GH and the pulse is pretty good.
