Hello

My name is Fanpeople, this arrived today and it was you guys who unknowingly helped me decide to spend hundreds of dollars on a keyboard made before I was born (by 1 year). I really like this forum, you guys are very knowledgeable and I have enjoyed looking through your threads.

This SSK looks very nice, clean, and definitely the best start. Make some more pictures, for example from the back label! Then we know how old you are

Welcome to Geekhack!

Nice SSK - one of the very few keyboards still on my wish list :)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
