Precisely, though the exact shade of purple is unknown because it depends on the intensity of blue and how strong the red LED is.
True, but you can adjust the brightness of the color on most keyboards, so I guess it depends on the cover.
Thanks.

Hey, I have a few questions that I want to ask before buying this. I have a keyboard with red LED that means if I buy the pack with blue cover it will actually give me purple instead of blue, right? From my understanding this is a cover to put on top of the led and under the key cap, all I have to do is remove the key cap, put on the cover and put back the key cap to make this work, right? (Just want to make sure the steps are easy and doesn't require anything else). Thanks.  :)

The step is easy. You just have to put these covers on over the LED. No soldering or other steps required.
Thanks, I have placed an order. Let me know if there is any problem or not.

Thanks for your great support! All invoices have been already sent to you guys.  :D
Paid. I know I am fast.
The info. looks alright.
Thanks.

I feel like a lot of people wondered the same question I wondered which was "I have xxxx color LEDs, will xxxx LED cover work?"
.... this helped me try and envision the results best. HTML color wheel mixer. Hope this helps.

That's such a great link demonstrating how the color will turn out when they're mixing. I should have realized about the instruction of colors. I will post a bunch of picture when I have various LED colors on my hand. Thank you for the reference though.  :thumb:

I may have missed something, but the OP lists pink among the 7 available colors and the order form has purple instead. These appear to be distinctly different colors according to Manchias' pic. Am I correct in guessing that his Y and U keys show purple and his arrow keys are colored pink? If so, which of these two are actually for sale?

You're correct. It is actually purple color not a pink one. I will post all of these led color being shining on my backlight caps.

Here are the photos of my aliens with 7 different colors on Poker II kb. The colors don't look as good as good how they actually are because of the light in my room and my weak photography skill. From Left to Right
Red
Orange
Yellow
Purple
Light Green
Dark Green

Hmm, is it possible  to change my color choices? I haven't paid yet so should I submit a new order?

I may actually want to add some more as well.

Also, please use the address from PayPal since its formatted correctly. I think Google mangled the one on the order form (or else I screwed up).

It's not too late. You are free to order some. I'm still taking orders until the end of this month.

I was wondering if I want to add more packs to my previous order that I had already paid, how are they calculated? Lets say I placed an order of 15 packs and I paid, now I want to add 5 more packs. Thanks

I would imagine that, since the monetary part of the first transaction is complete (i.e. - the invoice is marked as "paid" by Paypal), you place a new order for the five additional packs.

I'd just like to say thank you to keypro for doing this.

I had wanted a way to change the color of the LEDs in my keyboards without replacing the LEDs entirely.

My original plan was to use stained-glass paint to cover the LEDs and do it that way, but these things are so much easier to use.

Do these make the bottoming out distance shorter? If so will using these with O-rings be a problem?
In the end.. the keyboard's most grand form of existence is as an ethereal bridge between man and machine..    Each depression of the keys, evanescent.. Our transitory thoughts crashing into the web, carving canyons through the internet wasteland such that life may once again flourish..

Thanks, I was worried the thickness of the PBT would cause them to not fit correctly. I wonder if these will fit under the vortex backlit PBT pom keycaps too. If you have them can you check those as well?  :)
