Teensy/AVR - usb and passive ps2?
« on: Sat, 30 August 2014, 11:03:27 »
Getting ready to do a build, looking through the controller options and firmwares, and seems like plenty of options for doing USB, and some for doing PS2, but I haven't seen a controller setup for USB and passive PS2 converter like a lot of retail boards support.

Figure someone must of tried it already?

Like using PS2 with my workstation because the USB3 controllers give me all sorts of grief with certain devices and lock up the keyboard in the process, and figure its one less thing for the USB bus and CPU to deal with.

I think the latest version of ps2avr supports both protocol but I don't know they use normal passive adapter or ps2avr specific one. The firmware is found in Korean custom keyboards.
