Really? you do know that those sets came with Tsangan minus the x7 space bar... Don't say ur ANSI only user and want to grab as cheap as possible, news flash without the add on the GB will fail, lots of people will back out and good luck then.

Speaking as someone that bought a blue aluminum case the dolche and granite look pretty tight.
Any chance of add on keys for Colemak?   I've reached the decision that despite the fact that my typing speed is going to be reduced and colemak is unlikely to increase my maximum speed I am still going to fritter useless time learning an irrelevant and barely used keyboard layout.

I was just wondering if they would have a special order for 6.5x spacebars. I just got started on keyboard keycaps so I would want to try out the caps that are available out there before considering spending money on a higher quality with better designs and keycaps with a 6.5x spacebar as don't have much money to spend on keycaps currently. I apologize if my message was interpreted as selfish.

their reply is that its technically possible
but there are too many standard of keycap profile within cherry products (i think they do not understand the definition of cherry profile among ourselves)

other than the enter key, all of their keycaps should be able to be produced in cherry profile

so if possible, can someone provide me one specification of cherry profile keycaps?
so that we can produced cherry profile taihao keycaps next time 



btw for new colours, there will be a need of 500 MOQ for production or otherwise the price will be much higher

Harry, I have some feedback to add.

Recently I discovered that many people really like DSA. I suspect it is for their ergodox, and also for Colemak and other custom layouts that require flat profiles.

May I suggest going for DSA with Tai Hao? Also the fact that the keycaps are all the same dimensions should make it a lot easier for Tai Hao and reduce their tooling costs (ie also reduce our costs). I had buyers competing over the same limited DSA keycaps which weren't even complete sets. I really hope to see anyone who needs DSA to get his DSA at a modest and affordable price.

is it necessary? sets are at good price trough gb, he should run them all, I know ill order 1 of each for sure.

EDIT: I would choose one between sakura and purple cause they are very similar and give the free space to Pink when the GB starts, just an opinion. Its time for TH Manly Unicorn set 

I would buy both because I'm not sure which purple I would like more in real life.

I personally think we should keep the profile that TH is having as standard, we already have GMK and SP DCS that run about the same profile and there is no doubt you cant compare SP caps with the GMK. I actually like the TH profile and would be nice if we have the color sets in this GB to be able to mix and match from the 1st GB solid colors we had and create somewhat Handerbeit replica with TH profile.

No matter how much you want to imitate it, BSP and GMK on a whole other level when it comes to keycaps, but that's why they cost more, TH profile as it is is unique just look at the stepped Caps, so unusual and attractive. TH will never be GMK no matter what, same goes for SP DCS

That's a good point. While I strongly prefer Cherry profile it wouldn't be the same if Tai Hao can't recreate the thickness.

Nevertheless I am in favor of doing a "test run" just out of curiosity. Maybe a classic beige set in Tai Hao Cherry profile would be nice, to check what they came up with!

No, 500 MOQ for a certain color of Cherry MX. Alps would be a much higher MOQ, and would be more in the line of what the CaptBA said about it as in swimming a pool filled with them since that is what it will take. 1,000 sounds more like it.

ABS Doubleshot. unfortunately in your case. But, they don't feel bad. I have a set of the red and white on the work kb and even though I'm  PBT guy, these are a close textured second IMHO.

Yikes, that would require very serious levels of vendor support.  Sounds like the Delta Blues keyset (go vote if you want Alps caps) might be more likely to succeed for now.
