Incomplete Vortex PBT Backlit Key Set

I received my Vortex PBT backlit key cap set the other day and to my dismay, the set was incomplete (missing "u" and "o" keys) and had a defective cap (can't tell what the letter was supposed to be).

I've been a long time customer and have bought quite a number of products from mehcanicalkeyboards.com (3 Ducky keyboards, many Cherry MX clear switches, etc) and the oversight on this is disappointing :<

Vortex never fails to disappoint.  You should have seen the way they treated iMav back in the day.

I think that defective cap is the KBtalKing squirrel logo

Yup yup. Upon checking other sets, the squirrel missalaire posted is the same as at least 3 other sets.
