Keyboard bargain/ what might this be?

Hello, i found this keyboard from sale (the top one) any idea that what it might be and what swithces?

All looks like RD keyboards, but I don't know.
Maybe someone can help.

Especially given the odd shape of the space bar, probably rubber dome.

ICL (at the top) used to make mechanical keyboards, but that one is new enough to be a rubber dome.
