Pizza Toppings

I'm a fan of the "quattro formaggi" (four cheese) pizza. Fresh mozzarella, provolone, gorgonzola, and parmesan.

What kind of toppings do you like on your pizza?

Heck yeah, pepperoni rules. I like pepperoni on "white pizza" with hot sauce.

A spot by me makes a "chicken ranch" pie - chicken, bacon, onions, ranch dressing, and mozzarella cheese.

i do NOT like italian sausage on my pizza

and i like a mix of cheeses, keeps things interesting

also salt, i add salt to almost any pizza

Pancetta and arugula with arrabbiata sauce and fresh mozzarella, asiago and parmesan. Capacola, salami, peppadew and pfefferoni with fire roasted tomato basil sauce mozzarella and pecorino romano. Then my take on the Hawaiian with smoked ham, fire roasted pineapple, carmelized red onion, sriracha sauce and white cheddar. Sometimes I just go with the basics too like sausage and mushrooms or peperoni, banana peppers and green olives.

just cheese tomato sauce bazil. mozzarella di bufala + parmigiano as cheeses.
san marzano tomatoes. olive oil. stuff. good pizza.

so classic. neapolitan style.

oor being from sweden; we have 'kebab pizza' which is döner kebab meat on pizza with garlic sauce+red sauce and salad. also fantastic. but it's more of a NYC style base.

I like aubergine on pizza. I like properly cooked aubergine most times, but it is really great on pizza.
And yes, pizza should have a thin (but not too thin) crust and be cooked in a wood-burning oven, Italian style.

Kebab pizza could also be döner kebab meat without cold ingredients, or made with shish kebab.

The most unusual pizza topping I have ever seen must be a "Pizza IFK" (for a sports team) from a restaurant in Gothenburg: Pork tenderloin, banana slices, garam masala, faux béarnaise sauce and ... peanuts.

I went through a phase of having garlic butter on my pizzas too. So juicy. So good...

I'm very partial to Italian Sausage that has an ass ton of Fennel seed.

There is a pizza place down the street from me that makes a pizza with tons of pepperoni. It's called the Ninja Turtle, and it's tasty.

Something with BBQ sauce for variety every now and again.

but ground beef that I spiced with ground up spanish chili + hungarian paprika pepper + oregano + garlic + diced pickled onion + coriander+cumin.

try it, go wild with da toppings, this **** is good and so easy.

Pepperoni for the win - That remains on my go to list. From time to time I will mix it up with some bell peppers and sausage.

And I prefer regular hand tossed crust ^__^
