[FS] / [WTS] : Buckling Spring Keychains
« on: Thu, 30 October 2014, 20:00:42 »
(Round 2) Buckling Spring Keychains For Sale

Built with an IBM Model F XT barrel, Unicomp Model M spring and hammer, custom acrylic bottom plate with a blank 2 piece pearl keycap and lanyard.  In this image, the plates appear brown as I left the protective paper on the bottom of the acrylic to prevent any scratches in shipping, it is easily removed.  There are two small black screws that secure the barrel to the plate.

The acrylic plate is clear so you can view the stem and hammer in motion.  Great way to show off your artisan BS caps.  Take that wonderful buckling spring feeling with you wherever you go.  Easily demonstrate the amazing buckling spring action to others.  Complete your keychain switch collection.

There are 27 (see below) units available.  Note that these were handmade - so not all of them are perfectly straight.

Round 2
25 sold
2 requested
0 available

Price : $13 each shipped CONUS or $10 each + shipping elsewhere  (will be packaged in a protective tube inside a bubble mailer)

Payment through PayPal only.  To order, send me a PM with your email address and shipping address (including phone number if international) and requested quantity, I will send a PayPal invoice.

ALSO for those who have never experienced it, for some reason the forum gives an error when replying while quoting post from the OP (0100010)

Pretty similar as far as I can tell.  I think the only difference may be the screw size and length (mine are thicker and I didn't have to cut the ends flush on the bottom of the plate), and mine has a hole with a lanyard.
