That top joystick wasn't made by IBM. I had one of those when I was a kid (not IBM-branded), but I can't remember who made them. It is pretty odd to see "IBM" on a joystick, though.

Actually, the IBM scrollpoint pro allows you to right click with your ring finger.

Your index finger rests on the left button, your middle finger rests on the scrollpoint, and finally your ring finger on the right click ;)
