Huh. There is a secret stash of these somewhere, or maybe crates of these have been quietly issued to random people around the country to keep selling on eBay.

Same seller mine (so, yours) and ripster's came from. She got a bunch of them at an auction.

Yes, but there'd be a hole on the left side (about 1 inch squared, roughly) after you removed the phone receiver holder. Also no LED fascia thing (but the holes are there underneath so you could put a different one on).

I bought one last night along with sealcouch's doo-doo Model M and now it seems that there arent any more left...

I wonder if the stash is gone?

I only bought it to use the case and the pretty red HOLD key
