IN!Put it on my tab!
Looks nice, but hopefully the alpha legends wont be too faded.
Really like this shade of blue, I'm thinking about blue alpha + black front.
If what everyone is saying about the grey looking darker in real life then I think that would be the better color. Either way, count me in for a set!
Hmn. This mockups look quite good!
I like the look, but the color scheme is very similar (maybe more inverse) to this: https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=78168.0
7bit's Round 4 Retro set used BFQ. You may want to check out pictures of that set on the DT wiki to see if it is really the color you want. I have the R4 set, and to me BFQ looks too washed out in real life. It may look better on a set like this though.
I remember hearing about this after posting my board with my tiff highs on reddit. I'm super hyped to see this coming along nicely. A swoosh would probably be asking too much for the novelty pack... but maybe a SB logo?
I like the color scheme but not a fan of "Brilliant" being the backspace and wondering why there is no Ctrl and Alt caps. I know there is another kit having Backspace but I can't justify buying another kit just for one key. Renders can go a long way though to generate some interest, I'm still undecided until I can see what it actually looks like. Best of luck
Nice job on the set, OP. Just not for me - the Cash, Money, and Shine Novelties sum up my feelings Seeing quite a lot of sets in similar colour schemes like this lately so hopefully it doesn't affect sales/becoming a GB.
This scheme looks hella awesome!! I just realized, I never posted this picture on geekhack. Look at what Switchnollie made me for Christmas!! Its a KB cover!Show Imagele potate cam

I just hope that it goes through a development cycle that is of enough to allow the community to catch up and free up funds.

Small update, here's some shots of all the color chips which should show how they look IRL more so than the one's from SP.Big ups to Booper for the shots! (Attachment Link) (Attachment Link) (Attachment Link) (Attachment Link)
The color chips look good. I'm curious about how the gray/blue combo will look with legends so I decided to use my incredibly poor Gimp skills to slap the two together, using one of the chip pics on here. Here's the result. Hint, there's some GTL gray on the BFQ chip.Show Image
I think including some GH and r/mk keys in the novelty set would be great
Have you thought about getting a render made for this set yet? You've generated quite a bit of interest.

Could convince some people who may be on the fence about the set.
So FLFisherman convinced me to get some renders made, what a buster )2 quick questions before I do:- Should it be a TKL render? 60% is my jam & all I have but TKL might show off the set better.- Would you rather have a base set of alphas + black mods with gray as optional kits or have the base be alphas with an option to go black or gray kind of like Deep Space with purple or blue kits? Maybe even scrap most of the the gray mods & just have a gray color pack for certain keys? Like enter & F1-4 + F9-12 etc.
