A white Keycool 84 if you were to try your DSA Retro kit out on it...

I remember that before the crash someone did a Goldtouch numpad here. Does anyone have it saved somewhere?

Keyboards are really easy. Just load an existing one into paint and tweak it with the pixel tool and color dropper.  Other shapes can be tricky http://damieng.com/creative/icons

This thread is great. I just spent a few hours modifying some of the existing designs and even creating a few new ones. A cute pink Filco Tenkeyless and a TG3 with trackpad.

Does anyone still have this image of the TG3 w/ trackpad? It seems to have been lost in time.

How'd you do that so fast?
I assume you edited some previous one(s) you have laying around?
I can also see you have sort of a knack for doing this!
Thanks for the extremely fast response!

i just edited the k95 i made:

all of the main keys were identical, so i cropped off the wrist rest, media keys, and macro keys. then i simply swapped the keycap colors and tada.

pixel art is normally a pita, but these are all in a grid-like layout so it's no big deal. if you have a template it's 1-2 minutes tops.

Is anyone maintaining this thread?

It would be great to collect all images in the OP, groups by manufacturer maybe.

Or are they in a wiki somewhere?  A link in the OP would be nice.

sealcouch does not seem to have visited since late last year.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

I don't think so but if there is someone willing to do the work, Wiki accounts are easy to get. Just PM samwisekoi or rkinize.
