Please, allow me to introduce Lucky Jade!

I came up with this set design alongside Moon Dust Back in Nov 2018. I absolutely love jade sculptures and carvings. The colors chosen are what I thought best represented the Imperial and White Jade. In China, it's considered lucky to have or carry with you. They even buried royal members in suits made of Jade. I wanted to show that with the novelties as they are based on some popular symbols of luck including the Chinese word for luck. This set is a little more personal for me as I've always been in love with Jade since childhood being I was named after it. After I was adopted by my Chinese parents I've also grown even more fond of Chinese culture and want to continue learning from them. I'm hoping to show that appreciation with this set.

COLOR SAMPLES ARE IN!!
The photos of them in my hand were taken in natural light by the window. The next are in my room with only the sunlight from the window coming in. The last is regular light bulb.

Im really feeling lucky with all these samples! All of Moon Dust's samples matched perfect first round and now LJ's got a 2/3! only color that doesnt match 100% is the Jade alpha green. Id say its about a 90-95% match. I cant even tell in certain lighting. However, I actually really like it more than GMK's 3A to be honest! BUT, the renders are based on 3A. So Im making a poll and leaving it up to you guys. I'm gonna leave it open for 2 weeks and then I'll report my decision!

Definitely love the colors! But being new to this, how is KAT profile with north-facing interference? Heard it was quite bad with GMK, but these are supposed to be taller right?

I haven't tried it, but I'd doubt you'd have any problems. KAT, while def. not as tall as SA, is def. a good bit taller than GMK. It's more of an in-between size.

I haven't tried it, but I'd doubt you'd have any problems. KAT, while def. not as tall as SA, is def. a good bit taller than GMK. It's more of an in-between size.

mykeyboard.eu is really hiding Lucky Jade on their website :/ Also never realised untill GB that norde didnt come in white... Still probably buying but i should have made some noise about that while this was still in IC... Well maybe ill make some cool pattern with it then

Check main post for the full details and more pictures! but tl;dr 2/3 colors are a go, the green alpha color is slightly off but I like it and cant decide if i should push for 100% 3A or go with the R1 color. Google poll for feedback.

tbh R1 sample seems to me to be closer to the render colors than the 3A color reference

Reverse dyesub quality looks pretty nice

Samples look really good, not sure if that's intended or not but some legends are thicker than the others (on the 4 legends keycap). Nonetheless super excited!

Has anyone said the dark green sample is off? I think it's pretty blue tinted and not dark enough, slightly washed out looking, compared to what I had hoped for with your renders. Maybe get another sample while youre getting the light green fixed?
