I can.  The pricing is a little higher as the parts are more expensive, so it'd add $5 to any order.  Also I can only do male to male or male to female usb a 3.0.

Male to Male is what I am looking for. I need a longer cable for my USB monitor so I'd need something like this in 1.5 to 2 meters. So 6 feet would be fine.

Received my cables today! 



One thing I noticed is the mini-USB housing is quite tall.  On my QFR it fits, but at a slight angle.  I can't think of any other keyboard case where this would be a problem.

Yes to right angle, no to white.  I can put white heatshrink on it, but it wouldn't look great.

That is why I said I have never seen it turned around like how you have it, but if your method works just as good I would much rather not have that much of the stress relief hanging out the back.
