Majestic.

Thanks, I think my end goal is to get the beard and the hair at the same level.  Planning in the next couple years to go as a young Gandalf or Sauron for Halloween.

...it's sad that this isn't the first time I've heard of this happening.  Glad it wasn't even worse, though.  Now you get to stay inside and spend even more time with us here on GH. :))

In Corona, atm. Was living in Irvine for a while and I had a good fiend living in SD so I was down around La Jolla a lot.

fabulous!
(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

That's from 2011.  ;)  Had a competition with a friend to see who could get the most qtips stuck in their beard.  We both ended up with 30 something in the end.

There's this one too (testing different techniques).

Every time I read anything posted by Hoff, I get this mental image of him in flannel with an axe going at a piece of wood (giggity).  There's also a bald eagle soaring by in the background while fresh mountain air flows through his beard.

I really like the way these smaller cafe racers look. I used to have a little 2009 kawa 250r ninja (don't laugh I'm tiny) I would take out on the weekends. Unfortunately most of my friends that rode had much more free time then me and I eventually sold it. I only put like 3k miles on it but if I had the time I would be extremely interested in getting back into it ooh this time I would probably be more interested in getting a more relaxed cruiser with a bigger engine (I would really have a hard time keeping up when my friends decided to get on it in the 250r lol) you can find a decent lightly used bike for cheap.

I should probably table the idea as I still haven't fixed my car yet and have been relying on public transportation recently  :))
