Question from a noob: How will the sale be run? Will a link to a site be posted on the 7th? I would like to possibly get in on this action... I assume the sale will be open to all, even noobs like me.  :))

EDIT: Hmmm... looking at some of the other sales/auctions, it seems I might be flagged as a "cheater" account due to not having > 50 posts. Perhaps it is different for this particular auction. If anyone in-the-know could help me out, it would be much appreciated! :)

I will have a site to collect info and preference on the 7th, and all you have to do is fill it out.
Soon after the 7th has ended I will use a random number generator to determine winners. First picks in the lottery will get first choice of caps as available. After winners have been announced, invoices will go out. Unpaid invoices and changed minds will have their caps re-rolled after a little while to give others a chance. Shipping will take place as paid invoices come in.
