Do you really have 60 switches? Dear god...

I guess that's not much crazier than me having 40 varieties of Buckling Spring board, the vast majority of which are almost identical.

Sweet switches and caps just come up a lot more often than boards. Also, the smallest board I like to use is an 1800. I don't really like TKLs, I'm one of the few who likes full size and if I can help it, I use 110% + boards! I only have 1 60% and 2 65% and I use both with numpads. So GB boards I want to drop $4-500 on rarely come up. More often, I'll find good quality second hand boards like the iKBC that I rebuild from the ground up or I lurk on eBay til I find one of my dream boards.

Despite this, I reckon this is actually fairly common across the community. It just takes boards longer from IC to delivery, plus, you really have to be selective about which ones you want to get in on.

All that being said, I am waiting on the metal kira, the EO-87 from TX (my first TKL) the NYM96 from Drop, the keystone kickstarter project, and I just ordered the zenith yesterday. However, who knows how many more sets of caps and switches I'll buy in the mean time  :))

I call this the cupboard of crap in waiting.

I have x+1 keycap sets, where x=number of keyboards.

Only reason it's x+1 is because I forgot about a JTK set which was ordered several years ago and was unearthed a couple weeks back. The set is kind of ugly, I'll save it for an incoming board as a test/build set before replacing it with permanent caps. Then I'll probably just toss the ugly set.
